Job summary

NewEdge Family Office, a specialized unit within NewEdge Wealth, seeks a Vice President, Relationship Manager in New York, NY. You will serve UHNW clients, deepen principal-family relationships, and coordinate with senior advisors to deliver end-to-end investment, planning, and administration services.

You will oversee onboarding, coordinate with external advisors, and drive client service excellence, with a focus on discretion, risk management, and senior-level engagement.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in wealth management or family office context.
• Proven ability to grow and manage high-net-worth client relationships.
• Experience supervising or mentoring client service staff.
• Strong knowledge of trust, estate planning, and tax concepts.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and data quality best practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for UHNW clients, building long-term relationships with principals and families.
• Coordinate with external advisors to align on tax, estate, and wealth planning needs.
• Oversee onboarding of new clients and investments, including documentation and compliance review.
• Anticipate client needs and resolve complex service issues with high responsiveness.
• Lead family meetings, investment reviews, and drive follow-up actions to completion.
