NewEdge Family Office in New York, NY, seeks a Vice President, Relationship Manager to serve as a key contact for UHNW client relationships. You will partner with senior advisors to deliver end-to-end client experiences, coordinating investment, planning, and administrative resources for principals, families, and their outside advisors.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in wealth management, trust, or family office with UHNW clients.
• Strong leadership and ability to mentor client service staff.
• Proven ability to manage complex relationships with principals and families.
• Solid understanding of tax, estate planning, and investment concepts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for UHNW clients and build long-term relationships.
• Coordinate internal professionals and external advisors to align on planning needs.
• Oversee onboarding of new clients and investments with compliance and ops.
• Escalate and resolve complex service issues with high standards of service.
• Lead family meetings, investment reviews, and action follow-ups.
• Coach Client Service Associates and support onboarding of new team members.
