Job summary

NewEdge Family Office, a division within NewEdge Wealth, seeks a Vice President, Relationship Manager in New York, NY to serve UHNW clients alongside senior advisors, delivering the client experience end to end: deepening relationships with principals, families, and outside advisors, and coordinating the firm's resources.

You will deepen relationships with principals and families, coordinate investment, planning, and administrative resources, and mentor junior staff to uphold service standards

Qualifications

• 8+ years of wealth management or family office experience working with UHNW clients and professionals.
• Proven ability to grow and manage client relationships.
• Experience supervising client service staff.
• Strong understanding of trust, estate, investment, and tax planning concepts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for a UHNW client portfolio, building trusted relationships.
• Coordinate with internal professionals and outside advisors to align on tax, estate, and wealth planning needs.
• Oversee onboarding of new clients and investments, including documentation and compliance review.
• Anticipate client needs and resolve complex service issues with high responsiveness.
• Lead and coordinate family meetings, investment reviews, and follow-up actions.
• Navigate sensitive family dynamics with discretion and good judgment.
