Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Vice President to lead UAT and quality transformation for Risk Decisions within Consumer & Community Banking in Wilmington, DE. You will oversee end-to-end testing across batch and real-time decisioning platforms, drive automation, and govern quality with strong risk discipline.

You will manage a distributed team, partner across Product, Technology, Risk, Data, and Controls, and ensure release confidence with scalable testing practices in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years leading QA/UAT and testing functions in tech.
• Experience modernizing testing with automation and GenAI.
