Job summary

Embecta Corp. is seeking a transformative VP of Sales to lead the U.S. commercial organization from Parsippany, NJ.

You will drive the sales strategy across retail pharmacy, wholesalers, GPOs, LTC, acute and post-acute care, while building high-performing teams and partnerships with Marketing and Market Access. You will own revenue growth, customer engagement, and channel execution, reporting to the SVP & President, North America, and shaping the region's future in a competitive medical device

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field.
• MBA or advanced business degree preferred.
• 15+ years healthcare, pharma, biotech, or medical device industry experience with leadership responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the U.S. sales strategy across all channels.
• Lead senior sales leaders and regional account teams.
• Drive revenue growth, forecasting, and budget planning for the U.S. sales organization.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Market Access, and Finance to align on strategy and contracts.
• Lead negotiations with key customers and manage strategic partnerships.
