Job summary

Mechanical Dynamics and Analysis LLC, a world-class supplier of power generation services, seeks an Engineering Manager for the Repairs Division in St. Louis, MO. You will lead multiple engineering teams, manage budgets, and drive project execution across shop, field, and customer interfaces.

The role requires 10+ years in power engineering, steam path repair experience, strong leadership, and collaboration with shop and field teams to ensure safe, efficient, and timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering experience in the power industry.
• Steam path repair experience and knowledge of steam path design.
• Must reside in the STL, MO repairs facility.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Proposing and managing budgets and score cards for each project.
• Managing the engineering resources in shop for multiple projects.
• Planning and executing strategies to complete projects on time.
• Support the growth and development of an engineering team geared toward repair of multiple OEM steam turbines.
• Coordinate with field teams and the operations team.
• Review reports before the customer delivery.
