Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• In-depth knowledge of fiduciary products and services and regulatory requirements.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in the Trust business.
• Knowledge of trust law, gifting techniques, and trust taxation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration of trusts and analyze documents for legal, tax, administrative and investment issues.
• Make recommendations regarding discretionary powers trustees should exercise.
• Oversee investment decisions to meet trust objectives and guidelines.
• Collaborate with Tax Officers and trust counsel to resolve tax issues.
• Answer questions from beneficiaries, co-trustees and advisors.
• Work in a team-based environment.
• Develop relationships with beneficiaries and advisors to understand grantor’s purposes and beneficiaries’ needs.
• Partner with Wealth Advisors on vetting and pricing of new trust business and cross-selling JPM products/services.
