This senior role owns revenue, budget, and strategic roadmaps, directs Trust Operations, and collaborates across Legal, Tax, and Investment Strategy to drive growth and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in trust, estate, or private wealth services.
• Experience building or running a trust or fiduciary-related business.
• Experience with directed and delegated trust structures and multi-state considerations.

Responsibilities

• Set multi-year strategy for Trust Services and define the roadmap for new strategic relationships.
• Own Trust Services revenue and budget; report results to senior management.
• Lead trust partner management, including RFPs, transitions, and performance reviews.
• Serve as trust SME for wealth management teams, clients, prospects, and advisors.
• Define workflows and systems for Trust Services; escalate and resolve servicing issues.
• Lead the Trust Operations team and coordinate with Client Service leadership on execution.
