The Trust Solutions & Advisory group owns multi-year strategy and client outcomes, partnering with advisors and attorneys to design solutions, measure success, and drive adoption of trust services. This role anchors that effort nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Own the multi-year Trust Services strategy, revenue, and budget with a clear capability roadmap.
• Establish and report key metrics including assets under trusteeship, trust count, and client satisfaction.
• Act as the trust subject matter expert for advisors, clients, and estate attorneys.
• Design trust solutions and lead client meetings to drive adoption of trust services.
