Job summary

Match Group, including Tinder, seeks a VP of Product for Trust & Safety to lead the long-term strategy across brands and the central safety infrastructure. You will direct a portfolio-wide roadmap, drive proactive safety initiatives, and partner with engineering, design, and operations to deliver scalable, safe experiences.

You will build and lead a central team of product managers, influence across brand teams, and shape governance for AI-enabled moderation while maintaining regulatory

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management in consumer tech.
• Proven track record building and scaling product teams.
• Experience leading horizontal/platform or multi-brand product work.
• Hands-on fluency with AI in a product context.
• Strong executive presence and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain long-term Trust & Safety product strategy across Tinder and other brands.
• Deploy user research to decide what to build and why, prioritizing portfolio needs.
• Set a clear position on proactive and felt safety and communicate it externally.
• Build and lead a central team of product managers for safety workstreams.
• Partner with brand product, design, and engineering teams to execute the roadmap.
