Job summary

Match Group is seeking a VP of Product for Trust & Safety to lead portfolio-level strategy across Tinder, Hinge, Match, and other brands. You will build and guide a central team of PMs, collaborating with brand product, design, and engineering to create scalable, safety-focused solutions across a global regulatory landscape.

You will drive proactive safety strategies, external communications, and cross-brand governance, aiming for ecosystem health and safe, respectful user interactions at scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in consumer tech product management, with Trust & Safety or similar domain.
• Proven ability to lead multi-brand, platform-level product work.
• Hands-on with AI/ML in a product context, including responsible deployment.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain long-term Trust & Safety product strategy across brands and central safety infra.
• Build and lead a central team of product managers and partner with brand teams.
• Translate regulatory and safety requirements into concrete product initiatives.
• Drive portfolio-level build-versus-buy decisions and shared infrastructure.
• Champion AI-enabled tooling to improve detection and moderation quality while managing guardrails.
