Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Junior Trust Officer in the Wealth Management Solutions, Trust & Estates practice in Chicago. You will oversee trust administration, analyze trust documents for legal, tax, and investment issues, and develop relationships with beneficiaries and advisors.

You will also collaborate with Wealth Advisors on new trust business and cross-selling JPM products/services. The role requires strong fiduciary knowledge, bachelor’s degree, and several years of experience in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• In-depth knowledge of fiduciary products and services.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in the Trust business preferred.
• Knowledge of trust law, gifting techniques, and taxation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration of trusts and analyze documents for legal, tax, administrative and investment issues.
• Coordinate discretionary powers exercised as trustee.
• Guide investment decisions to align with fiduciary guidelines.
• Collaborate with Tax Officers and trust counsel to resolve issues.
• Engage beneficiaries and advisors to meet fiduciary duties and client needs.
• Partner with Wealth Advisors on vetting and pricing of new trust business.
