Job summary

Hillwood is seeking a strategic finance leader to oversee enterprise-wide cash, liquidity, banking relationships, and investment activity from our Dallas headquarters. The Vice President, Treasury Management will build a modern Treasury function, setting strategy, systems, and controls for a complex cash portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline required.
• MBA and/or CPA/CTP certification strongly preferred.
• 15+ years treasury/corporate finance experience with leadership responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise treasury function with strategy, priorities, and performance standards.
• Develop enterprise treasury strategy: cash management, reporting, controls, efficiency.
• Modernize treasury via TMS, automation, AI, data reporting and forecasting.
• Centralize and standardize treasury activities across divisions while supporting business needs.
• Oversee banking relationships, negotiate terms, monitor counterparty risk.
• Ensure policies, controls, and regulatory compliance across Treasury.
