Job summary

TD Securities in Houston, TX is seeking a Vice President, Treasury Solutions Corporate to lead client origination and treasury advisory across Texas and priority markets. You will build warm treasury relationships and generate opportunities while positioning the firm for broader U.S. treasury platform expansion.

The role focuses on client-facing activity, market intelligence, and coordinating across teams to deliver scalable treasury solutions for large corporate clients.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of treasury, cash management, commercial banking, transaction banking, or related financial services experience.
• Proven U.S. Cash Management sales or support experience, with knowledge of payments, liquidity, treasury management systems, and cash management solutions.
• Strong client-facing relationship management, business development, networking, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel extensively across Texas and regional markets.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; corporate banking experience with large and mid-market companies; existing treasury network in Texas and the Western U.S.; industry expertise in energy, oil and gas, chemicals, technology, diversified industrials, automotive, or digital assets.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regional market coverage and day-to-day connectivity with treasury managers, analysts, assistant treasurers, and finance professionals.
• Support senior Relationship Managers by preparing client materials, conducting treasury discovery, documenting calls, and advancing qualified opportunities.
• Represent TD Securities at regional treasury events, conferences, AFP chapters, and client education sessions in Houston, Dallas, Denver, San Francisco, and other priority markets.
• Coverage responsibilities across Texas and regional markets, including energy, oil and gas, chemicals, technology, diversified industrials, real estate, transportation and logistics, consumer, and distribution sectors.
