Job summary

Rockbridge is seeking a Vice President, Treasury & Servicing Operations, reporting to the Controller. You will safeguard and optimize cash and loan servicing operations across funds, investments, and corporate entities, managing ~30 banking relationships and hundreds of accounts.

You will lead a small team, strengthen controls, and shape the system and service-provider model to scale treasury and servicing. The role demands accuracy, initiative, and strategic collaboration.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree (B.A. or B.S.).
• 10+ years of treasury operations and banking experience, including 5+ years leading a multi-bank, multi-entity environment.
• Experience with multiple online banking platforms (e.g., Huntington, BMO, Western Alliance, Chase, PNC).
• Strong knowledge of payment controls, approvals, entitlements, and segregation of duties.
• Experience implementing or operating a Treasury Management System such as Kyriba; familiarity with Yardi preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize treasury operations across funds, investments, and corporate entities.
• Lead relationships with 30+ banking partners and ~500 accounts.
• Design and monitor payment controls and approvals to protect the firm.
• Oversee daily cash activity, settlements, and bank account management.
• Lead loan servicing cash-related activities and non-cash servicing in Yardi.
• Develop and scale treasury systems and partnerships (Kyriba, Yardi).
• Lead a two-person Treasury Specialist and Treasury & Servicing Specialist team.
• Improve processes, controls, and efficiency within the function.
