Job summary

BNY Mellon in New York seeks a Vice President, Treasury and ALM to lead intraday liquidity, funding and ALM frameworks. You will partner with Treasury, risk, operations, and technology to enhance data quality, reporting automation, and control discipline.

The role requires deep expertise in liquidity stress testing, regulatory reporting (LST, LCR/NSFR), and governance. You will produce analyses for senior management and drive improvements across lines of business and FMIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field required.
• MBA, CFA, CPA/CA preferred.
• Experience with regulatory reporting and liquidity stress testing is essential.

Responsibilities

• Partner with treasury, risk, operations, and technology to improve data quality and reporting automation.
• Lead development of intraday liquidity stress testing frameworks, assumptions, scenarios, methodologies, and controls.
• Produce stress testing analyses, management reporting, and governance materials for senior stakeholders.
• Conduct intraday liquidity stress testing and report results to senior management and committees.
• Support regulatory, audit, and governance requests with documentation and control discipline.
• Allocate funding costs to various lines of business to meet liquidity needs at FMIs.
• Translate firm-wide liquidity and risk priorities into actionable testing, monitoring, and escalation processes.
