Bonduelle Americas is seeking a Vice President, Transportation to lead the function across dedicated assets and 3PLs. The role focuses on operational excellence, performance, and a profit-driven culture in a fast-moving fresh foods environment.

The VP will shape strategy, drive improvements, and collaborate with supply chain colleagues to ensure end-to-end planning and execution that supports our plant-rich product portfolio and B Corp commitments.

Qualifikationen

• Senior executive with 10+ years in supply chain, logistics or transportation.
• Experience overseeing asset management, TMS, budgets, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven track record building high-performing teams and driving profit.

• Drive transportation and logistics strategies to optimize cost, service and capacity.
• Partner with management to align end-to-end planning, execution and KPIs.
• Oversee budgets, variance analysis, and financial performance against plans.
• Lead a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Travel to major locations to establish relationships with 3PL partners and teams.
• Develop and implement new KPIs to sustain competitive advantage.
