Job summary

Bonduelle Americas is seeking a Senior Manager of Corporate Food Safety & Quality to lead the company-wide food safety and quality programs for BA manufacturing facilities and 3PLs. You will drive compliance, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision making while partnering with operations, product development, and regulatory teams.

The role requires deep knowledge of US food safety regulations, SQF readiness, and experience guiding cross-functional teams to meet customer and regulatory

Qualifications

• 10+ years of supplier food safety experience in the food industry or 5+ years with MS degree and leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Oversees food safety and quality systems at all internal sites, including manufacturing and warehousing, from raw material receipt to customer
• Develops and maintains food safety and quality policies, procedures and records, including training and document control
• Lead audits and ensure readiness for SQF, CFS, customer and regulatory audits
• Operate as a quality champion in digital quality systems for data gathering and analysis
• Partner with operations and product teams to ensure safety and quality in new products or changes
• Drive continuous improvement using data analytics and performance metrics
• Support recall and traceability exercises and environmental monitoring programs
