Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a dynamic, enterprise-minded leader to build and lead two transformational capabilities within Trade Development: a high-visibility Performance Management & Service Model, and a Center of Excellence for commercial capability. You will own Inside Sales & Customer Care, lead a team of Business Managers, and establish governance that drives accountability and outcomes.

• Lead and manage a team of Business Managers, including performance management, coaching and career development.
• Define and govern service standards across supplier partners for enterprise consistency.
• Collaborate with Trade Analytics to deploy analytics, dashboards, and enablement tools.
• Drive enterprise-wide commercial capability with a Center of Excellence and measurable KPI outcomes.
