Job summary

JPMorganChase, within Global Security, is seeking a Program Manager — Vice President to own the threat detection and analysis product roadmap across Insider Threat, Strategic Threats, and Workplace Violence programs. You will coordinate with technology and business partners to drive delivery and ensure high-quality outcomes that protect the firm, workforce, clients and assets.

In this role you will establish objectives, KPIs, and operating cadences, translate needs into epics and user stories,

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on product engineering concepts.
• 5+ years in product management, delivery, or related roles with roadmap ownership.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional delivery and executive reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication for diverse stakeholder audiences.
• Experience operating in regulated environments with privacy and risk considerations.
• Ability to influence outcomes across programs without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the threat detection product roadmap across three programs.
• Coordinate with Global Security and technology partners to align priorities.
• Define objectives, KPIs, and success measures for operational effectiveness.
• Translate operational needs into initiatives, epics, and user stories.
• Establish a consistent operating cadence: roadmap reviews, sprint reviews, updates, risk and issue management.
• Lead cross-team delivery with clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Ensure product capabilities comply with legal, privacy, and risk requirements.
