Job summary

JPMorganChase in Jersey City is seeking a Product Delivery Manager – Vice President within Global Security to own the threat detection and analysis product roadmap across Insider Threat, Strategic Threats, and Workplace Violence programs.

You will coordinate with technology partners and business stakeholders, ensure timely delivery, define KPIs, and lead cross-functional teams to translate needs into initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management or delivery with roadmap ownership.
• Experience leading cross-functional delivery across multiple teams.
• Proven ability to plan, sequence, and manage dependencies.
• Experience in regulated environments with privacy and risk considerations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive audiences.
• Ability to influence without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive threat detection and analysis product roadmap across three security programs.
• Coordinate with Global Security and technology partners, aligning priorities and removing blockers.
• Define objectives, KPIs, and success measures across operations.
• Translate needs into initiatives, epics, and user stories with cross-program alignment.
• Establish operating cadence including roadmap reviews, sprint reviews, and risk management.
• Coordinate across engineering, data, analytics, and platform teams for delivery.
• Drive delivery outcomes across workstreams including scope, timeline, quality, and cost.
• Ensure capabilities comply with legal, privacy, and risk requirements.
• Lead change management, training needs, and operating model impacts.
• Build partnerships and communicate complex topics to senior leaders.
