Job summary

ABM is seeking a Vice President, Test & Balance Services to provide enterprise leadership for the T&B business, driving growth, operational excellence, and delivery quality across geographies. Sets strategy, standards, and performance expectations for the business.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience, including management experience.
• Minimum 10 years of Test & Balance / HVAC / critical environments experience.
• Must have NEBB Certified Professional certification for Test & Balance.
• Proven leadership experience leading multi-site or multi-region teams in a service-oriented environment.
• Executive-level leadership and decision-making; ability to build scalable systems, drive standardization, and lead change.
• Strong financial acumen (forecasting, budgeting, margin management).
• Ability to travel to job sites and safely maneuver in active environments.
• Demonstrated expertise delivering services in critical environments (cleanrooms, biopharma, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Own overall T&B business strategy, go-to-market approach, and annual growth plan (revenue, margin, and market expansion).
• Lead enterprise sales performance and key account strategy; coach leaders on solution development (estimating, scope development, proposal generation, and customer presentations).
• Establish and monitor pipeline, bookings, and forecasting cadence; provide regular sales and revenue forecasts in partnership with Finance.
• Serve as executive sponsor for strategic/mission-critical clients, ensuring technical credibility and service excellence.
