Job summary

ABM Industries is seeking a Vice President of Data Center Operations to drive growth, efficiency, and profitability across its Data Centers business in the United States. This executive will align resources, standardize practices, and execute the go-to-market strategy with finance, HR, and executive leadership.

The role requires strategic and operational credibility, a track record of scaling national businesses, and strong client relationships with mission-critical clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent senior leadership experience.
• Minimum 12 years of leadership with P&L ownership and complex operations.
• Strong experience in data center or mission-critical facilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owns financial performance, revenue growth, profitability, and operational results for ABM Data Centers.
• Leads leadership teams to drive execution across all data center operations.
• Develops and executes core services GTM strategy for Data Centers.
