Job summary

ABM Industries seeks a Vice President of Test & Balance Services to lead the T&B business across multiple regions, setting strategy, standards, and performance expectations. The role ensures NEBB/TABB compliance, strong quality controls, and alignment with finance for forecasting and budgeting.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience including management experience
• NEBB Certified Professional certification for Test & Balance required
• Experience in multi-site or multi-region leadership in a service environment
• Proven ability to lead strategy, standardization, and change at executive level
• Strong financial acumen and budgeting experience

Responsibilities

• Own overall T&B business strategy and growth plan across regions
• Lead enterprise sales performance and key account strategy with solution development
• Monitor pipeline, bookings, and forecasting in partnership with Finance
• Drive labor strategy and workforce performance across union and non-union environments
• Represent ABM in industry events and bring back best practices to improve operations
