Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Compliance - Technology and Cybersecurity Operational Risk Management Lead (Vice President) in New York, NY, with additional locations.

You will oversee technology and cybersecurity risk management within CCOR, partnering with Technology Risk Control and business teams to advance risk-informed decision making. You will conduct risk assessments, develop KPIs/KRIs, leverage AI for risk identification, and report to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in infrastructure or application architecture.
• 7+ years in a senior technology or cybersecurity role.
• 2+ years in data architecture or data governance.
• Ability to translate complex technical systems into risk findings.
• Experience with AI/ML tools and governance in risk.
• Strong communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Understand key processes and controls within CCB Technology.
• Perform independent Technology, Data, & Cybersecurity risk assessments for CCB Technology.
• Manage identified risks using the firm’s Operational Risk Management Framework.
• Assess emerging risks via strategic risk reviews and regulatory trends for CCB products.
• Develop and assess KPIs / KRIs related to these risks with monitoring.
• Advise internal 2LoD teams on control deficiencies and observations.
• Manage book of work assessments for CCB and provide weekly status updates.
• Participate in firm-wide initiatives to analyze impact to the firm.
• Utilize scenario analysis, threat modeling, and agentic AI for risk monitoring.
