Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Technology Operational Risk Management Lead within CCOR to independently oversee technology, data, and cybersecurity risk for Consumer and Community Banking. You will conduct risk assessments, evaluate controls, and partner with Technology Risk Control and business teams.

You will leverage data analytics and agentic AI to identify risks, monitor KPIs, and report to the Technology & Cyber Operational Risk Officer.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with infrastructure/architecture
• 5+ years in a senior technology role (engineering/operations/strategic planning)
• 2+ years in data architecture or data governance
• Ability to understand complex technical systems and associated risks
• Experience with AI/ML tools and governance principles
• Knowledge of second line risk management practices
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to bridge business and technical discussions

Responsibilities

• Understand key processes and controls within Consumer and Community Banking Technology
• Perform independent risk assessments on Technology, Data, & Cybersecurity for CCB Technology
• Manage identified risks using the Operational Risk Management Framework
• Assess emerging risks through strategic risk reviews and regulatory developments
• Develop KPIs/KRIs related to risks and monitor them
• Advise internal 2LoD teams on deficiencies and observations
• Manage book of work assessments and provide weekly status updates
• Participate in firm-wide initiatives affecting the firm
• Leverage scenario analysis, threat modeling, and AI for risk investigation and monitoring
