Woodruff is seeking a VP, Technology & AI to lead our technology and AI strategy across client work and internal operations. You will shape the vision, governance, and roadmap, while mentoring high-performing teams and driving responsible AI adoption.

This role requires extensive leadership experience in tech and AI within complex organizations. The position is hybrid with offices in Kansas City or Columbia, MO, and the ideal candidate resides in Missouri or nearby regions.

Qualifications

Demonstrated success leading technology and AI strategy within a large organization or agency.
Deep understanding of web technologies, marketing tech ecosystems and integrations.
Experience evaluating and implementing AI technologies that drive measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

Define and lead the agency's technology and AI vision and roadmap.
Establish and champion the agency's AI strategy across operations and client work.
Pilot and implement emerging technologies and AI platforms to gain competitive advantage.
Develop AI governance, policies and best practices for responsible adoption.
Mentor and develop high-performing technology teams and foster innovation.
