Job summary

Gartner is seeking a Managing Vice President, Technology Product Management & Platform Strategy within GSST. You will lead strategic product management for Territory and Service Request systems, platform operations, and value capture for CRM and AI investments supporting 10,000+ users.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape Gartner's technology platform, drive AI-enabled solutions, and mentor high‑performing teams across product management, platform operations, and value capture to

Qualifications

12+ years in technology, product management, operations, or related fields.
Proven track record in leading large cross-functional initiatives with measurable impact.
Translate business strategy and user needs into compelling product roadmaps.
Experience with CRM, Salesforce, and AI tools; understanding of enterprise security and compliance.
Ability to scale digital and AI-enabled solutions driving efficiency and growth.
Expertise building and leading product organizations using Agile, experimentation, and delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead vision, strategy, and execution for Sales and Services Territory automation and ISR tooling.
Oversee platform operations, including L1 support for Salesforce and AI tools.
Champion AI and emerging tech to improve workflows and value realization.
Develop ROI frameworks for CRM and AI investments with stakeholders.
Collaborate across Sales, Services, Analytics, IT, and Change Management.
Mentor and grow high-performing teams in product management and platform operations.
