Job summary

Zohorecruit partners with a leading digital health media platform seeking a seasoned technology leader to own the end-to-end architecture and roadmap across engineering, product, and data teams.

You will define a first-party data and identity resolution strategy, build real-time personalization and recommendation systems, and establish a rigorous experimentation framework, guiding a lean, high-ownership culture.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of progressive technology leadership with architecture ownership.
• 3–5+ years managing teams with architecture and roadmap ownership.
• Hands-on experience with MarTech/CDP architecture and identity resolution.
• A shipped, production personalization or recommendation engine you owned end-to-end.
• Embedded, daily fluency with AI/LLM tools as part of your workflow.
• Background in digital health media, healthtech SaaS, or subscription/community platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture and roadmap across engineering, product, and data teams.
• Define first-party data and identity resolution strategy for a regulated industry.
• Lead real-time personalization and recommendations from MVP to production.
• Establish rigorous experimentation and A/B testing framework.
• Resolve cross-functional tensions with strong technical decision-making.
• Evaluate and integrate MarTech, CDP, and experimentation platforms.
