• 12+ years in public relations or corporate communications.
• Broad tech landscape experience (corporate, crisis, B2B, AI, emerging tech).
• Proven track record of driving measurable growth for clients and agency.
• Strong network enabling access to clients, media, and industry connectors.
• Experience building and leading high-performing teams.
• Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall account teams and ensure client service standards.
• Provide high-level strategic counsel to clients and senior executives.
• Lead media training, client training, interviews, and major launches.
• Manage budgets, performance, and agency strategy across accounts.
• Drive new business efforts and contribute to internal marketing and events.
