Job summary

Broadridge is seeking a VP of Product Management for Tax Reporting to shape the vision and strategy of our tax reporting product suite. You will lead end-to-end development, engage with regulatory changes, and drive data-centric, scalable solutions across jurisdictions.

A strong fintech background and deep domain expertise are required. You will guide cross-functional teams in Agile environments, own the roadmap, and partner with Sales and Compliance to ensure product success and client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
• 8–12+ years of experience in product management within fintech, financial services, or tax technology.
• Expertise in tax reporting regimes and compliance frameworks preferred.
• Proven track record launching and scaling complex regulatory, compliance or data-driven products.
• Strong understanding of financial data systems, APIs, cloud-based platforms, and SaaS models.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Ability to bridge regulatory complexity with technical execution.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision and multi-year roadmap for tax reporting solutions.
• Identify market opportunities, regulatory changes, and client needs to shape product direction.
• Drive automation, data accuracy, scalability, and reporting transparency.
• Partner with Engineering, Data, Compliance, Operations, and Design teams to execute.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration.
• Engage with clients and Sales to support positioning and go-to-market strategies.
• Oversee product architecture for tax data ingestion, transformation, and reporting.
