Job summary

LPL Financial is seeking a Vice President of Product Management for Advisory Platforms within its Wealth Management Products organization. You will drive outcomes, lead cross-functional teams, and translate strategy into roadmaps and delivered capabilities, including the tax overlay build-out in close partnership with advisory and vendor teams.

You will collaborate with senior leadership to shape the end-to-end operating model, align with Model Management, and guide tradeoffs to meet business

Qualifications

• Experience leading product management in financial services or wealth management.
• Strong collaboration across tech, risk, legal and business partners.
• Ability to translate strategy into roadmaps, backlogs and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Shape the Advisory Platforms strategy and vision, and own execution end to end.
• Translate strategy into 6–24 month roadmaps with themes and value drivers.
• Lead the tax overlay build-out from requirements to delivery and scale.
• Define tax overlay capabilities with advisors and vendor partners (tax-loss harvesting, tax-aware rebalancing, etc.).
• Drive PI deliverables with technology teams through planning and execution to ensure on-time value delivery.
• Manage vendor relationships, evaluations, RFPs, and roadmap alignment for advisory platforms.
• Design end-to-end operating models, workflows, controls, and disclosures with Legal, Risk, and Compliance.
• Prioritize capabilities based on advisor input and enable adoption with field and training partners.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage scope and priorities without direct authority.
