Job summary

Ashford Inc. in Dallas seeks a strategic VP of Talent, Learning & Development & HRBP to lead talent and leadership initiatives across Ashford‑affiliated companies, including Remington Hospitality. Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience.
• Experience leading Talent Management, Learning & Development, or HRBP functions.
• Hospitality, real estate, project management, or service-industry experience preferred.
• SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CPTD, or equivalent certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise talent management strategy across Ashford-affiliated companies.
• Lead succession planning, talent reviews, and workforce planning.
• Design leadership development programs and organizational capability initiatives.
• Partner with executives to align people strategies with business objectives.
• Oversee HRBP responsibilities for Ashford Inc. corporate departments and collaborate with operating companies.
