Job summary

Ashford Inc. is seeking a strategic Vice President of Talent, Learning & Development to shape enterprise-wide talent strategies across Ashford-affiliated companies, including Remington Hospitality, Premier Project Management, and RED Hospitality & Leisure.

This role leads talent management, leadership development, succession planning, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement initiatives enterprise-wide. As the dedicated HR Business Partner for Ashford Inc.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
Minimum 7+ years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience.
Minimum 5+ years leading Talent Management, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or HR Business Partner functions.
Experience partnering with executive leadership and supporting enterprise-wide business initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise-wide talent management strategy across Ashford-affiliated companies.
Oversee succession planning, talent reviews, and workforce planning.
Design and implement leadership development programs for all levels of leadership.
Establish competency models and career pathing frameworks.
Drive organizational effectiveness initiatives to support growth.
