Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Jersey City seeks a Vice President to lead the Syndicated Loan Transaction Coordination team, driving end-to-end deal execution for Corporate Syndicated Loans and serving as the operations single point of contact.

You will mentor 5–10 coordinators, manage complex transactions across markets, strengthen stakeholder partnerships, enforce risk controls, and push AI/automation to improve efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required.
• 7+ years of syndicated loan operations/coordination experience.
• Strong leadership and relationship-building abilities.
• Excellent communication, detail orientation, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage, mentor, and empower a team of 5–10 Syndicated Loan Coordinators.
• Serve as subject matter expert for complex syndicated loan transactions.
• Cultivate relationships with stakeholders across the firm.
• Oversee transaction closing mechanics and escalations.
• Promote risk and control compliance and regulatory standards.
• Represent WLS in business and risk forums and audits.
• Lead projects to enhance performance and efficiency.
