HealthTrust is seeking a VP of Surgical Services Supply Chain to provide strategic leadership across Surgical Services support functions for the HCA facilities. The role focuses on inventory, Sterile Processing, data integrity, and performance management to achieve cost and quality targets.

You will partner with corporate and facility leadership to drive improvements, digital transformation, and best practices in supply chain operations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration or equivalent is required.
• 15+ years in hospital or related leadership roles; 10+ years of leadership experience required.
• Surgical services, sterile processing or similar leadership experience preferred.

• Develops strategic and operational plans for Surgical Services support functions.
• Monitors performance and data to ensure regulatory compliance and cost efficiency.
• Leads vendor relationships and contract strategy to drive objectives.
