Jobgether is seeking a VP Head of Studio in the United States to lead a global creative production organization spanning traditional, GenAI, and marketing production. You will drive high-quality content at scale, developing workflows that fuse creative depth with AI capabilities, and partner with executive leadership and major technology providers to deliver strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in TVC and commercial production across creative and post-production.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary production teams.
• Experience with GenAI-produced content and AI workflows.
• Strong commercial acumen with pricing models.
• Excellent English communication and executive presence.

Responsabilités

• Lead studio leadership, strategy, and operations across traditional production, GenAI, and marketing production.
• Oversee live-action shoots, CGI, motion graphics, and post-production workflows.
• Direct projects from concept to delivery with executive oversight of post-production.
• Develop and maintain production tooling and AI-enabled workflows to improve efficiency.
• Lead presales and client pitches, shaping commercial proposals and partnerships.
• Collaborate with technology partners (Google, Microsoft) to advance production capabilities.
• Manage talent and resources across client-facing and internal projects.
• Define pricing models and service packages for internal and external projects.
