Qualifications

• Must possess a very good understanding of Mortgage cashflows and prepay models.

Responsibilities

• Lead underwriting process for complex real estate credit/debt investment strategies.
• Develop investment analysis and forecast performance for CMBS and real estate related assets.
• Collaborate with teams to develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy.
