Job summary

iCapital is seeking a Vice President to join the Structured Investments team. You will own, develop, and maintain the structured investments eco-system on the platform for clients, while managing relationships with issuing partners and coordinating cross-functional efforts across Product, Engineering, Legal, Marketing, and Compliance.

The role demands a strategic mindset, client service excellence, strong analytical skills, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in trading, business development, or relationship management in the structured investments market or broader financial markets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own, develop, and maintain the structured investments ecosystem on the platform for clients.
• Support management of relationships with issuing partners; coordinate meetings and respond to questions.
• Onboard new issuers and translate partner needs into platform enhancements with Product and Engineering.
• Develop presentations and reporting for partners and internal stakeholders.
• Aggregate and analyze large datasets to surface insights and inform decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust platform solutions and drive process improvements.
• Assist in developing and executing the firm’s strategy for Structured Investments.
