Job summary

Sandvik is seeking a Vice President of Strategy and Sustainability for the Powder Solutions division. This role shapes strategic direction, connects ambitions to execution, and reports to the division President.

You will guide senior leaders with insight, challenge assumptions and drive clear, actionable priorities across a global organization. You will collaborate across borders to advance Net-Zero, circularity and ESG targets, while identifying strategic partnerships and M&A opportunities in

Qualifications

• Advanced English skills.
• Experience leading strategy, transformation or corporate development at senior levels.
• Proven ability to align stakeholders across functions, cultures and geographies.
• Strong understanding of industrial, technology or capital equipment businesses.
• Knowledge of sustainability strategy, ESG or regulatory frameworks (CRMA/CSRD) is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of the strategic plan and key initiatives.
• Develop policies supporting sustainability objectives, targets and regulatory requirements.
• Drive progress toward Net-Zero and circularity targets with Sandvik Sustainability goals.
• Identify and lead M&A and strategic partnerships aligned with the strategic plan.
• Provide market intelligence and strategic decision information for senior management.
• Lead and develop the team, fostering a collaborative and psychologically safe environment.
