Job summary

Nemetschek Group seeks a Senior Vice President for Corporate Strategy to shape the group’s long-term positioning and execution. You will lead the Strategy Cycle, drive disruption assessment, and oversee cross-brand initiatives in a global matrix environment.

You will partner with the CEO and Group Executive Leadership to align strategy with investor relations, finance, and portfolio evolution, incorporating digitalization and AI-driven automation to boost value.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in strategic leadership roles.
• In-house corporate strategy in a multinational matrix environment.
• Experience with relevant industries (engineering/building materials).
• Strategy consulting at top-tier firms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and govern the Group Strategy Cycle with four milestones annually.
• Define the Disruption Book and prioritize strategic disruptions.
• Drive group-level strategic projects including sustainability and cross-brand collaboration.
• Lead employee and external strategic communications with Investor Relations and Marketing.
• Build Market Intelligence framework: market trends, benchmarking, segmentation.
• Interface between Corporate Strategy and Nemetschek Ventures; scout and due diligence for opportunities.
• Lead or co-lead M&A deals (>€50M revenue) and post-merger integration.
• Build the Strategy Community across the Group with regular knowledge sharing.
