Job summary

LPL Financial Holdings Inc. is seeking a VP Strategy to join the Business Solutions team. This role focuses on driving the overall portfolio strategy, including pricing, platform, and data strategy, to support ~30,000 institutional and advisor clients.

You will lead strategic initiatives, manage the 3-year roadmap, and partner with key stakeholders to build efficiencies and measurable outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading data, business strategy, and/or related teams.
• 5+ years in Wealth Management with familiarity across advisor mediated spaces.
• 3+ years with senior/executive leadership to develop cross-domain roadmaps.
• 2+ years using Salesforce or Salesforce service cloud as a ticketing/system.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives and data strategy for Business Solutions, including subscription and non-subscription solutions.
• Lead pricing strategy for portfolio of solutions.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Business Line Strategy, and Client Success teams to gather data for pricing constructs.
• Lead annual pricing analysis and recommendations for upcoming fiscal year.
• Own LBS 3-year strategic roadmap and align with product roadmaps.
