LPL Financial is seeking a VP to join our Business Design & Solutions team within LPL’s Client Success organization. You will drive strategy, lead cross-functional teams, and enable informed decisions on product development, large conversions, and partnerships.

The ideal candidate has strong business acumen, consulting mindset, and knowledge of software, product, and financial services to deliver new tools and integrate partnerships.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in strategy, product, or program management in financial services.
• Experience with advisor workstations across web and mobile.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong collaboration and communication with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategy and solution ideation for ClientWorks across web and mobile.
• Lead cross-functional teams and prioritize opportunities.
• Partner with strategy, operations, risk, and compliance stakeholders.
• Provide timely, accurate commentary for leadership decisions.
• Transform advisor workstation with industry-leading user experiences.
