Job summary

LPL Financial is seeking a VP, Growth Manager to drive the sales strategy with the SVP of Field Management and to deploy programs that accelerate growth. You will act as a liaison between clients and the supporting organization to ensure successful integration and outcomes.

You will build and deliver growth initiatives, manage projects, and partner with events and external teams to execute conference strategy and advisor communications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of financial services experience and business management expertise.
• 5+ years experience in the independent advisor space.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.
