You will shape operating models, partnerships, and policy collaborations, coordinating with government, industry, universities, and finance to mobilize capital, drive innovation, and strengthen workforce pipelines.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred in related field.
7+ years in corporate/investment banking or financial services strategy.
Ability to structure complex problems and drive cross-stakeholder execution.
Experience with senior executives across public, private, nonprofit sectors.
Strong PM, communication, and analytical skills; executive briefings.
Independent work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

Support the COO in evolving SRI's global operating model and coordinate execution.
Translate priorities into business plans, governance, and roadmaps.
Monitor performance and report risks, opportunities, and decisions.
Coordinate with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Government Relations, and partners.
Develop public-private relationships with government, industry, academia, and investors.
Lead initiatives that bring together leaders from government, industry, academia, and finance.
Prepare executive materials and support internal/external communications.
