Job summary

EZRA is seeking a Vice President of Strategy in New York City with a hybrid work arrangement (3 days in the office). Reporting to the COO, you will steer EZRA’s strategic direction across business and product, translating insights into concrete choices and investment priorities.

You’ll lead a Strategy team to ensure strategy moves from recommendations to coordinated execution across functions. You will own annual planning, define the proposition portfolio, monitor market trends including AI,

Qualifications

• 12+ years’ experience across product, corporate or commercial strategy.
• Proven track record delivering measurable growth.
• Experience leading strategy teams.
• Experience with AI-powered products and reshaping strategy.
• Experience in HR tech or services-enabled-by-platform businesses is advantageous.
• Experience selling to large enterprises with C-suite credibility.

Responsibilities

• Own annual strategic planning, long-term growth roadmap and quarterly OKR process.
• Define EZRA’s proposition portfolio strategy, including vision and lifecycle decisions.
• Lead market, customer and competitor intelligence, including AI opportunities and risks.
• Evolve pricing and the commercial framework with business cases and scenarios.
• Partner with Product, Technology, Coaching and Commercial leaders to shape roadmaps.
• Support Board discussions with clear insights and develop a high-impact Strategy team.
