Job summary

Eurest, a Compass Group USA division, seeks a Vice President for Strategic Projects, Engineering, Technology & AI to lead the PMO, architecture, and IT operations. This executive role aligns infrastructure, technology platforms, and business goals across a broad program portfolio.

The position reports to the Senior Vice President, directing multidisciplinary teams of engineers, project managers, and technology professionals to deliver complex, high-impact initiatives on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering/IT/business-related field is required.
• Master’s/MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of capital project management, architecture, construction management, IT operations, AI, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee PMO, Engineering, Architecture, Capital Projects, IT, and AI modernization functions.
• Establish strategic priorities, objectives, and long-term roadmaps for growth and excellence.
• Lead cross-functional teams for planning, design, and delivery of enterprise initiatives.
• Advise executives on infrastructure, technology, and capital investment strategies.
• Develop capabilities that support innovation, scalability, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, risk, and quality assurance.
