Performance Foodservice, part of Performance Food Group, seeks an experienced procurement leader to manage all aspects of product procurement, vendor negotiations, and staff development. Lead program negotiation with manufacturers, hire and coach staff, and drive profitability through vendor bill-back and inbound freight programs.

This role requires 6–10 years in procurement with supervisory experience, a Bachelor's degree, and CPP certification.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years Procurement or related area with supervisory experience.
• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred and CPP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises associates including staffing, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Manage inventory levels and negotiate with vendors to optimize cash flow and service levels.
• Interact with customers and vendors, responding to inquiries and maintaining fill-rate standards.
