Umoja Biopharma is seeking a Vice President, Head of Portfolio & Program Strategy to partner with the executive team and integrate cross-functional programs from clinical development to commercialization.

This role will establish and evolve the Portfolio and Program Management function, drive enterprise analytics, align teams on priorities, and promote disciplined execution with clear milestones and decision rights. Seattle-based with on-site presence.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or higher in science, business, engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years biotech/pharma experience with increasing responsibility.
• Proven senior leadership in portfolio strategy and program management.
