Umoja Biopharma is seeking a Director of Pharmacovigilance to oversee global safety strategy across clinical-stage programs. This position requires a strong regulatory compliance focus and at least 10 years of pharmacovigilance experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.

Located in Seattle, WA, the candidate will help build and optimize pharmacovigilance processes supporting the company's pipeline. The role may allow remote work but is primarily onsite for collaboration.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of pharmacovigilance experience in biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience supporting clinical-stage programs and working with outsourced PV models.
• Strong knowledge of global pharmacovigilance regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee case processing activities and ensure compliance with global safety reporting requirements.
• Lead preparation of safety submissions and regulatory responses.
• Support signal detection activities and cross-functional risk discussions.
